🌾 FarmSure - Simple User Guide

Step 1: Sign Up & Login (2 minutes)

Creating Your Account:

1. Open your web browser
2. Go to the FarmSure website
3. Click Sign Up or Register
4. Fill in your details:
   • Full Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
   • Create a Password
5. Click Create Account
6. Wait for admin approval (usually within 24 hours)
7. You'll receive an email when your account is activated

Logging In:

1. Go to the FarmSure website
2. Click Login
3. Enter your email and password
4. Click Login

Step 2: Add Your Farm (3 minutes)

1. Click Farms at the top
2. Click the + Add New Farm button
3. Fill in:
   • Farm Name (e.g., "Green Valley Farm")
   • Address (where your farm is)
   • Province
4. Click Save Farm

Step 3: Add Your First Animal (5 minutes)

1. Click Animals at the top
2. Click + Add New Animal
3. Fill in the basics:
   • Farm: Pick the farm you just created
   • Species: Cattle, Sheep, Goat, etc.
   • Breed: E.g., Nguni, Brahman, Dorper
   • Reference: Give it a unique name like "CATTLE-001"
   • Sex: Male or Female
   • Date of Birth: When it was born (or approximate)
4. Click Save Animal
