By creating a FarmSure account you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself, your farms and your animals.
• Use the platform only for lawful livestock management, testing and marketplace activities.
• Honour orders placed via the marketplace, including timely confirmation, payment and delivery.
• Pay applicable transaction and listing fees as published in your account.
• Allow FarmSure to publish anonymised disease-clearance statistics from test results.

FarmSure reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud, abuse or misrepresentation.
